Pancreatic divisum
QUESTION: Why do patients with divisum have an increased risk of pancreatitis? ANSWER:
Minor Duct (Santorini) fails to fuse with Major Duct (Wirsung) and thus
pancreas has to drain in minor papilla and sometimes can't handle
drainage
